Who We Are

Sisters Miranda and Parker started Carolina Movement Lab (CML) in November 2025.

CML is a safe, respectful, judgement-free space where a collective of movement instructors and bodywork practitioners facilitate joyful movement, foster community connections, and empower people to move with ease and confidence.

Our little collective includes Erin Jarrett of Root Physical Therapy and Jacqueline Walczak of Pinnacle Pilates. These two businesses operate independently, but are located within Carolina Movement Lab.
