Our Mission

Carolina Movement Lab is a safe, respectful, judgement-free space where a collective of movement instructors and bodywork practitioners facilitate joyful movement, foster community connections, and empower people to move with ease and confidence.

Sisters Miranda and Parker started Carolina Movement Lab to celebrate movement as a means of connection, empowerment, and personal growth.

Our Guiding Principles

Balance

Striving for equilibrium, stability, and harmony for mind, body, and spirit.

Curiosity

Facilitating “a-ha” moments using a personalized and creative approach to empower each unique individual to explore, inquire, and experiment to discover how they can move with joy and fearlessness.

Compassion

We expect all instructors, practitioners, and clients to act with kindness, thoughtfulness, and acceptance towards themselves and others.

Longevity

We want to serve our clients for the long term as we believe that a supportive community and movement practice are key to a long and healthful life.
