Barre on the Mat

with Miranda

Tuesdays @ 12:30pm

Feel the burn of a barre class without the ballet barre. This class focuses on small, controlled movements and high repetitions to increase strength and endurance. We'll use a folding chair, light weights, bands, and other props to enhance the movements and provide all the endorphins! Some kneeling may be required, but padding and/or modifications will be provided.

Core Restore (Mat)

with Parker

Wednesdays @ 5:30pm and Fridays @ 10:30am

This class is designed for folks who are working to heal or improve core function and strength after babies, abdominal surgery, etc. We will address common issues in women's health like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more. These issues often show back up later in life, so this class is not limited to those with young kids; all ages are welcome!

This class is safe for pregnancy too. Please let the instructor know at the start of class if you are expecting.

While this class is designed with pregnancy and/or postpartum in mind, you certainly don’t have to be a mother (or even female) to join this class! This is stuff we all should probably be doing…

Reformer on the Mat

with Miranda

Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:00pm

Experience the benefits of the Pilates Reformer, in a more affordable and accessible environment. Designed to challenge your muscles in all the right ways, we use a foam roller and/or sliders to feel the resistance (or assistance!) just like on the machine.

Expect controlled, intentional movement paired with that oh-so-good burn that builds strength, stability, and endurance. We incorporate small props for added support, balance challenges, and creative progressions that keep every class fresh and effective.

Some kneeling may be required, but padding and/or modifications are always offered, so you can meet your body where it feels good while still being challenged in the best way.

Pilates Tower (All Levels)

Mondays with Parker
Wednesdays with Miranda

Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am

This all levels Tower class is a small-group Pilates-inspired class that gives you all the control. Using a Pilates Springboard, any exercise can be made harder or easier depending on what your body says it needs: Assistance or Resistance.

With a max of just 4 clients, you’ll get more focused attention from your instructor, making this the perfect class for you - whether you’re curious about Pilates or looking for something to cross-train with your existing movement practice. You’ll leave this class feeling stronger, more connected, and maybe even walking a little taller.
