Class Descriptions:

  • Feel the burn of a barre class without the ballet barre. This class focuses on small, controlled movements and high repetitions to increase strength and endurance. We'll use light weights, bands, and other props to enhance the movements and provide all the endorphins! Some kneeling may be required, but padding and/or modifications will be provided.

  • This class is designed for folks who are working to heal or improve core function and strength after babies, abdominal surgery, etc. We will address common issues in women's health like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more. These issues often show back up later in life, so this class is not limited to those with young kids; all ages are welcome! (This class is safe for PREGNANCY too. Please let the instructor know at the start of class if you are expecting).

  • A music-driven, full-body movement class inspired by Pilates, featuring strength-training-ish moves, with a little bit of a Barre burn sprinkled in. Expect feel-good movement, accessible challenges, and options that meet you where you are.

  • Sculpt Lab is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, functional strength training, and a touch of Barre—designed to challenge your muscles in all the right ways. Expect controlled, intentional movement paired with “spicy” burn that builds strength, stability, and endurance.

    We incorporate a folding chair and small props for added support, balance challenges, and creative progressions that keep every class fresh and effective.

    This class can be pretty spicy, but don’t worry—modifications and progressions are always offered, so you can meet your body where it is while still being pushed.

    Come ready to shake, sweat, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Important Notes:

Please read before coming to class.

  • As we are located in a bank, the building is locked after 5:00pm and on weekends. Please arrive 5 minutes early so you're not locked out for class! You will not be allowed in if you arrive 2 minutes before class time.

  • Starting April 1, 2026 all group classes will have a 2-person minimum. If you are the only person signed up, you will have the option to cancel without charge or use 2 class credits for a discounted private session.

  • Please note our 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes and sessions. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will result in a charge. Thank you for understanding!

  • Please sign up for class ahead of time. Walk-ins are welcome, but if the class seems empty we might cancel it. Or if it fills up, there might not be room. Thanks!!

  • Most of our group classes (except Core Restore) are offered virtually. Click Here to sign up and receive a Zoom link.

  • You can pay for classes online. Or, to help us keep costs down, you can pay by cash, check, venmo or Zelle. Just register for class without paying, and send us a payment seprately.
