24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.
For semiprivate Pilates sessions:
If your partner cancels with more than 24 hours notice, you are welcome to either cancel your session or continue as a private session for an additional $25. If your partner cancels within 24 hours of the session or is unable to attend, you will not be charged the additional $25. In this case, your partner will be charged for their portion of the semiprivate session, and you will be charged only the semiprivate rate.
This policy is consistent with our in-house partners Root Physical Therapy and Pinnacle Pilates.
Why We Ask This
Despite the seemingly high price of Pilates services, particularly private Pilates, it is surprisingly hard to make a living from teaching fitness, in part because of the frequency of cancellations. We rely on our recurring weekly sessions and classes for our and our families’ income. While we understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations happen for reasons completely outside your control, late cancellations often leave spots that cannot realistically be filled on short notice. It makes it very difficult to have any reliability or predictability for instructors’ income when people cancel last-minute (and it happens quite a lot!) Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps protect our instructors financially, supports the long-term sustainability of the studio, and allows us to continue providing thoughtful, high-quality care and movement education to our community. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support.
Starting April 1, 2026 all group classes will have a 2-person minimum. If you are the only person signed up, you will have the option to cancel without charge or use 2 class credits for a discounted private session.

Arrive Early for Weekend and After 5pm Classes!
As we are located in a bank, the building is locked after 5:00pm and on weekends. Please arrive 5 minutes early so you're not locked out for class! You will not be allowed in if you arrive 2 minutes before class time.
